intel CPU では問題ないみたいなんですが、Ryzen CPU を使っている やまねこPC では、そもそもの問題として VirturlBox 5.2.22 ではゲストOSを選択するプルダウンに、ゲストOS は 32bit しか登場してくれなくて頓挫…🤔
マザーボードのBIOS（というかUEFI）でSVM modeはenableにしてあるし😕
そんななので少し放っておいたのですが、とある記事を発見➡[Solved] I have a 64bit host, but can’t install 64bit guests
I found the solution for my PC, hope this can help.
In the Security Center (Windows Defender), in “Core Isolation”, the “Memory Integrity” was enabled. Disabling it restored Virtualbox 64 bit capabilities 😀 😀 😀

すばらしい！😆👍 VirtualBox 5.2.22 でも ゲストOSに 64bit が表示されるように🎉
あとは好みのゲストOS1をインストールすればいいのですが、Ryzenを使ってるので OSによってはコマンドプロンプトから入力する VirturlBox の設定コマンドの最初に
VBoxManage modifyvm “ゲストOS名” –cpu-profile “Intel Core i7-6700K”
を念のため追加しておくと幸せになれるかもしれません
まぁ単に実験なのでいいんですが😁
